Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase, customization, sale, delivery, installation, and use of products and services offered by Bloom Lighting, a brand organized and existing under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
By requesting a quotation, placing an order, confirming payment, engaging our services, or accessing our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Bloom Lighting reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting or communication through official channels. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Orders and Payment
Pre-Order Items
Full payment upon placement of order
On-Hand Items
50% down payment, balance due 5 days before delivery
1.1 Pre-Order Items
Full payment is required upon placement of order for all pre-order items. Production will only commence upon receipt of full payment.
1.2 On-Hand Items
A 50% down payment is required upon order placement. The remaining balance must be settled in full at least 5 days before the scheduled delivery date. Failure to complete payment on time may result in a delay or rescheduling of delivery.
1.3 Price Validity
All quoted prices are subject to change without prior notice. Discounts are valid only for the quantity and specifications stated in the original quotation. Bloom Lighting reserves the right to revise pricing at any time.
1.4 Order Confirmation
Orders are only considered confirmed upon receipt of the required payment. Bloom Lighting shall not be held liable for any delays or losses arising from unconfirmed orders.

Bloom Lighting will make reasonable efforts to communicate any changes to production timelines as early as possible.

Delivery
Bloom Lighting offers free delivery and installation within Metro Manila for eligible chandelier orders.
Projects located outside Metro Manila may be subject to additional delivery, transportation, accommodation, installation, and logistical fees. Any applicable charges will be discussed and confirmed during the quotation and consultation process prior to order confirmation.
3.1 Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible and ready to receive the item on the confirmed delivery date. Required permits and documents may include:
- Work permit
- Delivery permit
- Elevator reservation or pass
- Road usage permit
- Village or subdivision entry permit
- Building administration clearance
- Other permits required by local authorities
Important Notice: Bloom Lighting will not be held liable for delays caused by incomplete or missing documentation on the part of the client. Any rescheduled delivery or installation resulting from such delays may be subject to additional charges.
3.2 Optional Installation Requirements
Depending on ceiling height, installation conditions, and site requirements, the following may be necessary:
- Ceiling wiring preparation
- Access ladders
- Scaffolding or elevated work platforms
- Additional manpower
Clients will be advised of any specific requirements during the pre-installation consultation. Additional charges may apply if specialized equipment or manpower is required.

Installation
Bloom Lighting provides professional installation services for chandelier orders.
Installation is provided free of charge within Metro Manila for eligible projects. Projects located outside Metro Manila may be subject to installation and travel fees, which will be disclosed and approved prior to scheduling.
The client must ensure that the installation site is:
- Safe and accessible
- Structurally prepared
- Electrically ready
- Free from obstructions that may delay or prevent installation
Additional charges may apply if installation must be postponed due to site unpreparedness, restricted access, missing permits, or conditions beyond Bloom Lighting’s control.
Bloom Lighting shall not be responsible for delays arising from incomplete permits, site restrictions, electrical deficiencies, or structural issues at the installation location.

Exchange and Return Policy
No Receipt, No Exchange. All exchange requests must be accompanied by the original Official Receipt. No cash refunds are issued under any circumstances.
5.1 Exchange Period
Exchanges are permitted only within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery. Items presented for exchange must:
- Be unused and uninstalled
- Be free from physical damage
- Be in original condition
- Include original packaging where applicable
- Be accompanied by the original Official Receipt
5.2 No Cash Refunds
Bloom Lighting does not issue cash refunds under any circumstances. All approved exchanges are subject to product availability.
5.3 Pre-Ordered Items
Pre-ordered and custom-made items cannot be exchanged or refunded. By placing a pre-order, the client acknowledges and accepts this policy.
5.4 Credit Notes
Credit notes issued on Official Receipts are valid for three (3) months only from the date of issuance. Expired credit notes will not be honored.

Customization and Design
All customized pieces are designed and produced according to specifications approved by the client during the consultation process.
- Once production has commenced, design changes may not be accommodated or may incur additional costs and revised timelines.
- Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all dimensions, finishes, materials, and design details before production begins.
- Bloom Lighting shall not be liable for approved specifications later deemed unsuitable by the client.
6.1 Project Photography
Bloom Lighting reserves the right to photograph completed installations for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and promotional purposes. No personal information or identifiable client details shall be disclosed without written consent.

Intellectual Property
All content on the Bloom Lighting website and all creative works produced by Bloom Lighting are protected under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).
- All designs, concepts, sketches, photography, logos, and visual identity remain the exclusive property of Bloom Lighting.
- Clients may not reproduce, repurpose, share, or use Bloom Lighting designs for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
- Unauthorized use of any content from this website may result in legal action.

Electronic Communications
